“Privat beach, nice and friendly staff and close to crowded mission beach and restaurants ”

“Loved our stay, but two points to be aware of: 1.) the beach is often closed to get into the water due to sanitation issues flowing up from the Tijuana River. 2.) skip the breakfast buffet…$75 per person $21 per drink…lots of great breakfast places nearby on Orange street.”

“The view from the Tower (Bay View) was incredible. The room was clean and we loved sitting out on the balcony, set with a bistro sized table and two chairs. The view is a big plus. That being said, the room and tower in general need some updating. The decor is kinda 90’s tropical. Outdated. I didn’t like the bathroom set up. “Great location for golf. Nice hotel with rooms as expected. Not a flexible check-in and big problems with elevators. Hotel charge me €170 without reason and I needed to connect with them 3 times before I got money back. ”

“Elevator wasnt working. Had to walk everywhere and up and down stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that everything was good. Needs touch up in bathroom. ( make sure you hire the right people to do the work the right way first.) If you have 500k cars parking up there in valet. Attention to detail in the rooms are crucial. ”

“Just a gorgeous property and every single staff member was outstanding and I mean that. I had more interaction with Marty and he's just wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I have arthritis and had I known our room would have been so far from the lobby (151) I would have asked to perhaps switch. Loved the Coffee Box and Vaga.The room appointments were spot on and amazing, best shower ever especially the eucalyptus in the shower. My complaint of the room is a lighted makeup mirror on the wall...
