“Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.”

“Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

“We truly enjoyed our stay at the Riccardi's. Sergio met us and took us to his beautiful home. The scenic drive along a elevated coastal road made us eager with anticipation. Upon arrival we were greeted by his wife. Both Sergio and his wife were warm and inviting, like family, making us feel right at home. “Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top.”

“Das Haus und das Interieur sind schon etwas älter, aber mit schönem Seeblick und von einem tollen Park umgeben. Zum Meer, das man vom Grundstück nicht sehen kann, sind es ein bis zwei Minuten. Die Umgebung wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt, das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt drei Zimmer, eins ist unbeheizt, die anderen beiden werden mit den Klimaanlagen schnell warm (wir waren Ende März / Anfang April da). In der Küche und den beiden sehr kleinen Bädern (nix für große Menschen)...
