“Bellissima esperienza, perfetto per chi come noi cercava relax in un contesto speciale, vista mozzafiato. Posizione comoda lontano dal caos ma (con macchina) a 5 minuti da tutto l'occorrente. Il nostro canetto si ù divertito molto avendo uno spazio esterno dove poter giocare liberamente.Massimo, il proprietario, ù stato veramente molto discreto, cordiale e disponibile. “beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”

“Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben 2 sehr angenehme Wochen in Stefanias Haus verbracht. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber gehalten fĂŒhlten wir uns sehr wohl dort. Stefania ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allem, was ein italienisches FrĂŒhstĂŒck erfordert ausgestattet und uns zum Abschied sogar noch mit ein leckeren Kuchen verwöhnt hat. Bei Problemen war sie in kĂŒrzester Zeit fĂŒr uns da. Wir können diese Unterkunft fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ort CittĂ  della Pieve im herrlichen...

“Rymligt fint hus med magisk utsikt, helt avskilt. Poolen lika fin som bilden visar. Bra service av husĂ€garen som svarade direkt vid frĂ„gor och funderingar. Naturupplevelse med nĂ€rhet till fina omgivningar med bil ....om man inte ville ta en promenad I bergen. Cortona var ett fint utflyktsmĂ„l. Inte de allra bĂ€sta sĂ€ngarna, men ok.”

“As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best.”

“We spent a fantastic and relaxing week in Maria‘s house. The pool and the wide area provide excellent conditions for the kids to play and have fun. We really appreciated the pool bing surrounded by a fence. The kitchen and the grill area are well equipped to cook some nice Italian dish. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds.Maria is always available in case anything needed and always has helpful recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants and everything else. We would recommend this...
