“Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. ”

“The staff were very friendly, checked in early which was no problem as the room was ready. Room was beautiful, clean and a lovely shower. Hotel booked us on to the shuttle each day and called the room to confirm we would be ready. The shuttle drivers were also great. A lovely stay would definitely stay again. ”

“The location was perfect, verery close to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Also close to friends I was visiting.”

“Stayed three nights. The first night the toilet was clogged. Maintenance tried to fix it (and said they did) but it almost immediately was clogged again. We asked for a new room, but they said they didn't have any. First evening/night/morning we had to use the toilet in the lobby. They fixed it the next day but left a mess in the bathroom, which weren't cleaned up. We had to explicitly ask to have the room cleaned the day after that. Amazingly we weren't offered any kind of compensation for...

“Clean nice rooms with a small kitchen. A large lobby where you also can connect to wifi and sit working. A trainingroom with the most essential you need to work out in a good way. After training you can take a dip in the small pool next door.”
