“Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. ”

“I did not like it at all. We had no hot water to take showers or a bath. I let the front desk know. They said there was no maintenance available until the next day when I was checking out. Also, the owner walked into our hotel room, not even 20 minutes after we just checked in. The towels weren’t even full body size and the beds were too big for the boxspring. Definitely not going back again.”
