“Apparently, one has to contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to get check-in instructions. We booked this hotel the same day we arrived and got greeted by a locked door. Phone calls got unanswered. My question to hotels.com is why this place even got listed in the search results if I want to book today and I have to contact the hotel 24 hours in advance? ”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and available at any time to help. I had a wonderful experience here. Wish I could give it more stars. Next time I'm in the area, this is my go-to spot! ”

“The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access.”
