We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. âWe loved our stay here so much that we didnât want to leave. This place is located right in the middle of all the action, shops, restaurants, etc. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked a rustic side street full of shops and vendors, right next to a bell tower. Very pretty. Great location to be able to walk to everything, and not too far from the port. This will be our spot every time we visit!â

âThis property is a must if youâre looking to stay in the historical center of Naples. Food across the street as well as walkable to many cathedrals and historical sites. And the best part is that the noise from the hectic streets of Naples is not heard inside your room! 5/5 stars all the way! Beautiful furnishings inside the room as well! â
âI had a lovely stay at Gallery Experience. The location is great, not far from the main station and just a short walk or two metro stops from the old town.
The rooms are very modern, well equipped and spotless clean. And Anna is the most excellent host. Communication was always super fast and proactive.
One thing to note, just in case: the soundproofing between the room and the hall could be a bit better, as it is often the case in Southern Europe. No problem with noise from other rooms or...
âThis has been my favorite lodging of our two-week trip to Italy! The staff is incredibly kind, proactive, helpful, and knowledgeableâthe best we have had in Italy. The suite we booked was large, modern, clean, and had an amazing jacuzzi large enough for two. It also had two large smart TVs. They also gave us a delicious bottle of wine. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!â
âThe bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times.
Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

There is also a small fridge which is very nice to have small snaccs and water store. The building feels very safe considering it is in a busy area, we felt comfortable that no one can just walk in. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. Iâm a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. â

There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. "Fint och nyrenoverat. Dock extremt lyhört. Blev vÀckta tidigt pÄ morgonen av grannarna hade vuxenlekar. LÀt som om de lÄg i samma rum. SÄ det var sÄ lÄngt ifrÄn ljudisolerat som det bara gÄr.
