“A perfect hotel. The service from the reception was amazing, best ever! Clean very nice apartment, good Wi-Fi and nice pool. We got food from a local minimarket 2 minutes away and one evening we ate at a local restaurant nearby that Eden park recommended. Very good! We took the bus to Pisa and back. “Mycket fint hotell med trevlig personal. Utmärkt frukost! Saknade att kunna beställa något att äta på hotellet. Ligger en trafikerad väg nedanför som hörs fr poolen. Stranden är härlig men kostar ca 40-100 euro för att hyra parasoll och solsängar. Finns dock public beach som rekommenderas. Närområdet var för oss inget som lockade, vi trivdes bättre i den typiska toscanska miljön, vilken du når ca 1h fr hotellet.”

"Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. "

You get an unique code for your stay to access the building and apartment, but if you can just turn a breaker to disable the lock completely (which we believe is what happened) then it's not really safe. Even more as there is no way to physically lock the door. There is also a security guard at the reception but most of the time he is not there or asleep. He doesn't speak a word in English or Italian, was supposed to check our passports to match the names to the room but he kept calling us a completely wrong name which feels mission impossible as our names are on the passports he is reading from... It's sad as the place has much potential but if we cannot feel safe in our rooms I would never recommend anyone else to stay there."

"Det var rent, svalt och bekvämt rum. Lite svårt att förstå på sidan att man inte kunde gå från flygplatsen till hotellet. Och det var lite svårt att få incheckningsdetaljer för sen incheckning vi fick ringa 4ggr innan vi kom till en person som då snabbt hjälpte oss."
