“From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean.”

Very good location
"Mercure Hotel Santiago Centro / Mercure Santiago Centro (room 909) +Good big room in the heart of everything, shopping and restaurants. +Wi-fi, air-condition, refrigerator, safe box, hair dryer in the room, dont know if reception have iron to use. +2 free water bottles. +/- Breakfast was not included, so dont know how it was. Gym and swimming pool, dont know if its free. From airport to hotel with transvip it cost 47.3 CLP (51 USD) for return-ticket, 20min drive from airport. Elevator can be full because so many prople is staying there, so need to wait. "
