“If you have a car, you cannot get it cheaper for the quality in San Pedro, which is notoriously expensive for the mediocre quality of accommodations. It is quiet, spacious and clean, abd has a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The two rooms, bathroom, and kitchen all lead outside to rhe porch, which can be uncomfortable in winter (it gets cold at night). “The town of La Parva is cute but not much to do. There’s 2 restaurants. An amazing small quaint Fondue spot where you can get to know the owner and staff, which I did! There is no washer n dryer in the unit and the staff at La Marmita let me use the resturants washer/dryer!!! The other restaurant was bigger with a more traditional menu and outdoor seating. If you go, you must bring food from the grocery store to cook from Santiago. The road up/down from Santiago is about 100 switchbacks. Very...
