“I would honestly describe this as more of a motel than a hotel. The photos are definitely enhanced and do not reflect reality. Some of the images shown do not even exist in real life. The lobby photos, in particular, are not accurate at all. It almost feels like false or misleading advertising. I barely had any contact with the staff. There are thoughtful items such as a cooler bag for day trips, beach towels, umbrella and chairs, even a rain umbrella. The common area pool and kitchen were always clean. Plenty of towles and linnens. The extra package of flowers champane and charcuterie were perfect and just what we needed after the flight. “The gorgeous balcony with the amazing view to the Naranjito bridge was everything! Beautiful, modern bohemian decor. A little bit tricky to find, especially at night. Unmarked house. And the key lockbox is very difficult to get open. Luckily there was someone there when I arrived in the evening, who helped me, but in the morning, I could not get it open again for the key. Would stay here again, just for the view and the lovely hot tub and swing chair on the balcony.”
