“The rooms are spacious and clean. The Wifi is terrible in the rooms. Most of the restaurants are closed and only open weekends, making dinner options very limited. There is no coffee available until 6am, which makes travellers trying to catch an early flight out, out of luck we’re getting a coffee. They do offer a small little coffee pot in your room but mine didn’t work correctly.
The casino staff and bar staff were friendly and polite. The hotel staff…grumpy, unfriendly and not helpful.”
“No doubt this is a beautiful location. Staff was friendly, room was nice. We never got hot water at any of the sink faucets. That could be because we were at the far end of the property away from the boiler. The shower was warm enough to bath, but it never got as hot as you would expect. The train was really loud in the middle of the night. There is nothing the property can do about that, but if a continuous night's sleep is important to you, this may not be your best choice.”
“Excellent condition and staff was excellent as well.
Fireplace was not working and staff tried to repair pilot light but was not able to do so. Maintenance did not appear during our two day stay.
Was planning on using room service for breakfasts but there was no table or chairs to permit it. Only chair was large sofa chair and one at desk. There was room for small table and chairs but not present”
