“Todo bien la estadia gracias”

“It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.”

“This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant.”

“Host was wonderful, easy check-in and check-out process. Clean space, but accommodation did not include TV as pictured. Did not completely meet expectations as in pictures. However, views are beautiful!”

“First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors,...

“I loved every minute of my stay at luxury atitlan everyone was so nice and friendly, juanita thank you for everything, check in was such a smooth process and it looks exactly like the pictures the views were viewing, the location was perfect everything right outside the gate, you had everything you can ask for, i will definitely stay here again on my nxt visit to san pedro.”

“terrible communication the entire process. We thought it was in San Marcos as the listing said. We didn't sleep the entire time as it was so noisy. There was mold throughout the entire shower and it was filthy as well as cold. terrible ”

“Nice place”

“Nice property located very close to the pier and the shore. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best location to stay. We were given earplugs on arrival but we didn’t need them, we were able to sleep well with the music. Internet was ok, most of the time unstable signal. We ended going to nearby restaurants with Starlink to complete some work. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and with beautiful views of the lake. The Staff were friendly and always available to answer our...

“Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. The couch is a very very old futon that looks like it has been picked off the street. The front door knob came off the second time we used it (it was loose and was about to fall off when we arrived). The owner tried to make us pay for the...
