“This is a renewed historic hotel located near the Chama train ride. The effort put into renovation is very evident. It has an authentic old west charm without being too rustic. The room we had was nice and clean with modern amenities for the most part. There was no AC but at that altitude we were comfortable with the window open. A word of warning, Go for the larger rooms. We booked late because we had not planned to spend an extra night in Chama but the train ride is a day long adventure. ...
“A great property right off H160 outside South Fork. My studio room was everything I needed, with an amazingly comfortable bed and nicely stocked full kitchen. I was mainly visiting Creede, but this place was well worth the 40 minute commute, which was beautiful anyway, so enjoy!”
“Cabin was great. Central AC would be nice but the window unit helped. Tub floor needs refinishing as it looked dirty. Rest of place was nice and convenient. Good breakfast. Easy to access and generally private. ”
