“Beautiful place. Very well kept, organized and a plus for the electric generator. One evening we came back and we heard a noise in the yard. It was the generator on! Neighbor lost power, we don’t know why, and the generator got on, so we were able to walk in a cool house after a long day out. The next morning everything was quite. We got the power back and the generator got off by itself ”

“Very clean , location is 167 steps to the beach. I didn’t realize how close we were to the beach so that was such a nice surprise. The place is in a gated community, that closes at 6 pm. You’re able to access via the gate guard on camera. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room was perfect size to hangout with everyone without feeling squished. We watched the sunrise , watched the sunset and ate at a restaurant that was 2 mins walking from the home. Walmart...

“Check in was very easy for this very clean property located in Luquillo. Marie answered all my questions promptly in addition to giving me tips on activities in the area. Very affordable with a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The area is safe and the gate makes it even more so. We walked the streets to get food and there was no issues at all. Plenty of parking for your car rental and lots of places to see within a short driving distance. Highly recommend.”

“The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. ”

“A very cozy studio. It's accessible, comfortable, and clean, equipped with everything you need to enjoy great days at the beach. The patio is private and well-equipped with an outdoor shower. It's just as described. The internet worked very well. The host was very attentive and accessible.”
