“We had a Junior suite, room 4, and it had a lovely balcony which we used more than expected with its view of the top of the Duomo. Clean room, good towels and bed. Nice atmosphere. It was a joy to get to this hotel and we've never met so friendly and helpful staff in any hotel. Got some recommendations on spots to visit which actually became the highlights of our trip. Location is amazing, just two blocks from the Duomo. In the evening between 6-8 PM they offered free wine and snacks.”

“Room was nice, a bit different from the pictures but nice. I had missed that I had booked "environmental" package via hotels.com, which meant that they didn't clean the room once during the three days visit. I got new towels once but nothing else. I don't understand how emptying the garbage, changing coffee cups or making a bed would be harmful to the environment. I still don't get it and that lowers my overall experience. At least it would have been nice to mention in the beginning - btw, wash...
