“Property is very old and needs a lot of improvements. We were not comfortable with the hygiene of the room (bathroom and bed). Staff does not speak English or Spanish, they were very nice.”

“We had a good stay in the hotel. It is simple but it does the job well. It is in an area less touristic but is not far from the train station and the Duomo for example (15min walk to both). There are plenty of restaurants in the area. A few things could be improved. The thickness of the door for example. We can hear what people say in the corridor. The shower could be cleaner in the corners. And there could be more hooks in the bedroom and bathroom. Other than that, good value for the...
