“Once we arrived at this property we were very excited to stay here. The house itself is quite unique and had a fantastic view of the jungle below. The porch overlooking the jungle was a great place to relax and watch nature. We saw toucans, humming birds, butterflies, and fireflies in the tree tops at night. “This place was way up in the Pinilla Highlands but such a cool little spot. The pool had leaves in ot due to the winds but was very clean unlike some places we have stayed. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful little getaway. You could also see the howler money when you walked to the pool. The road getting to this little gem was a bit rough so you need a 4x4 vehicle for sure. Really close to Avellanas beach area and restaurants. A big plus!”

“Accomodations as described, no AC but fans ok. Property is gorgeous, owner on site and very friendly, beautiful scenery and hiking trails... A TRUE ranch experience! Meals a bit pricey for what was offered, but there is a full kitchen. Note, keep all food in fridge due to ants, this is mountain life! Pool was pristine unlike others where we stayed previously. We would definately return! We would definately return.”

“This place was truly incredible and exactly what we were looking for. There is a private waterfall and swimming area that you HAVE to take advantage of. In addition to the scenic beauty of the entire property they had a very friendly chocolate lab named Elly who came to our villa every day and sat with us for hours. Our host Markus was wonderful and responsive. We had no problem with the WIFI and streamed Netflix in the evenings before bed. If I could have changed anything in all honestly, I...
