“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “Everything about this property met my needs for my weekend stay. Check in was super easy, clenliness of the property lobby and the condo itself were super clean. You wont have much of a nice view but the two block walk to the Pismo beach pier makes up for it.
