“Im April 2024 verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Auszeit in diesem gepflegten Haus. Wir fanden alles so vor, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die erste Fahrt hoch zum Haus ist schon sehr abenteuerlich, da die Straßen und Wege sehr eng sind... man wird aber mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Lucca und die umliegenden Hügel belohnt. Und spätestens nach der 3. Autofahrt hat man sich an die Anfahrt gewöhnt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief problemlos. Massimo ist ein sehr herzlicher, dennoch dezenter...

“Otroligt vackert ställe, fantastisk utsikt, vi saknade ingenting. Firade min 60årsdag med att bo på Costola i 5 dagar med 18 vänner, bästa roligaste kalaset. Första dagen bokade vi pizza, gott, generöst och prisvänligt. Vi gjorde övriga måltider själva. Vi var ensamma och hade hela fastigheten för oss själva. Vill dit igen !!!”

“Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.”

“Das Objekt liegt perfekt, man kommt überall schnell hin. Das Dorf ist ruhig und das Haus abgelegen. Der Pool ist mega. Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt und perfekt für Hunde. Das Haus Und die Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch verbringt man die Zeit im Garten und man kann diese Zeit auch genießen”

“I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!”

“Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten, Relaxen, mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Wunderschönes Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Toller Pool! (auch wenn das Wasser etwas kühl war), hübsches Dorf mit sehr lieben Menschen! Wir haben uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt!”

“Fint hus i fint skick och bra standard! Inte slitet alls. Stor pool, men den är iskall. Huset ligger enskilt i en dal, vilket har både för och nackdelar. Begränsad morgon och eftermiddagssol. Vi hyrde in kocken Morena till huset två kvällar, vilket var mycket bra! God mat i mängder! Det negativa var att huset var dåligt städat och alla leksaker och cyklar var trasiga.”

The beds were really good and comfy. We enjoyed the pool every day:) Our children loved to watch all the small lizards running around! “Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.”

“Being the first time we spent significant time in the Italian Alpines, our stay exceeded our expectations. The area and views from the property are beautiful and lend themselves to relaxing, peaceful days. “We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed and comfortable house that easily accommodated the six of us. Paulo (the owner) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The local town is a short ten minute walk through the woods where there are options for eating, drinking and shopping. We had an electric car (EV) and were pleased to find charging options within walking distance. Thanks to Paulo and family for facilitating such a lovely two week stay.”
