“Ett litet hotell med engagerade värdar som hjälpte oss med att ordna garageplats och säkerställa att vi kunde fortsätta sedan på vår roadtrip i Toscana. De hade ordnat med ett bra pris på ett café i närheten för frukost vilket fungerade utmärkt. Rummet var precis lagom stort och lugnt . Vi kunde ta oss snabbt och behändigt till allt vi ville se. ”

“Rooms were clean except for a little dust. Bathroom was also clean. The only complaint was the beds which were very hard and pillows weren’t that comfortable. Room had AC, TV and staff supplied us with a fridge.”

“The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! ”

“This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in a very calm part of Firenze but still in the centre. The hotel is located behind a locked gate and once behind it the appartments are in a small garden and it's very peaceful. The service is fantastic, the owner happily helped us with everything we needed help with. “The stay was nice. The hotel was clean, warm water and nice personal. I travel with my sister and she got sick it was holiday and pharmacies were closed, and they were very nice and gave me a phone number to the doctor. As a tourist think this was very nice of them. Basic breakfast but nice and very comfortable the stayed. There is a laundry mat nearby ”

“We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. “We had a truly mixed experience with this place. Checking in they did not have the correct information about our payment, they thought we already paid (with multiples reservations over a one week trip we didn't keep track as well as we should) so we payed the tax, had to come back to pay for the room, to later get an email that we didn't pay the right amount so after 3 separate payments the bill was finally settled. Then we learn that the second B in b&b must stand for bath or beyond because...

“An amazing place to stay at here in Florence. The staff is very friendly and the owners are such nice people. The location is perfect, we never used a taxi to get anywhere. Also the mornings were so cozy eating the breakfast in the big dining room. Over all a wonderful place we will definitely come back next time we visit Florence. ”

"As everyone knows, looking for a hotel is a job that can prove to be worthwhile. The Social Hub Belfiore Florence. Has most everything and more than we wanted. Good rooms. AC, refrigerator. Breakfast buffet, Rooftop with running track, bar, restaurant, Roof pool 08:30-24:00, garden. Exercise-wise. Stairs 126 steps, gym fully equipped with everything open 24 hours. Laundry room included, Garage, bike rental, cafe, playroom, pool table, view of all of Florence, cast on TV, close to train station, tram, airport etc etc. "
