Flamingo conservation in northern Chile and Bolivian altiplano is one of the most important undergoing work. Most of the flamingo species are on the verge of extinct. Controlled tourism is the only way to protect the biosphere of this remote land. I felt simply lucky to witness these exotic creatures. Always dreamt of seeing them for real.

Hotel had all the amenities we desired at this remote location in Bolivia. Staff was friendly, food, even the vegetarian option, was quite good. We had an excellent one night stay during our Bolivia tour.
