World class service
"The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone did their utmost to provide good service. The one that stood out the most was the guy at the pool bar who ran down to get fruit and made a really good smoothie even though it wasn't on the menu."

"Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal och bra mat. Lite stort ställe med väldigt mycket gäster. Men borta vid premiumbyggnaden och premiumpoolen var det lungt och trivsamt."

"So convenient to the airport and next to the rental car companies. The only one thing I would suggest is to put rubber wheels on the food trolley in the restaurant. It is so noisy when they wheel the dishes out, everyone was laughing !!!"

"Edward is such a great host. He made sure we were comfortable for our early flight in the morning and even provided service to the airport. Great location not to far from the airport and good places to eat near by. Would stay again if every visiting San Jose."
