We were 8 couples spending vacation together, and there was more than enough space for all. “We had a marvelous time in Macerino! Our hosts were most welcoming and attentive and probably the nicest people in Italy. Our accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, with the best beds we have slept on in the whole country. It was quiet and peaceful and remote, and that was part of the appeal. “The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”
