“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”

“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside...

“We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!”
