“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside...

“There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. ”

“Spacious house, nicely equipped, perfect for two families travelling together. We hade a great time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful views and having great meals on the patio. Peter, the host, was very easy to get a hold of, answering all our questions and helping us out. Dina was the perfect neighbour. We can highly recommend this villa. “We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!”

“We are two families (4 adults and 4 children) from Sweden that rented Viviens fantastic villa for almost two weeks. The villa has everything you need for a vaccation and the location is perfect. On top of a quite hill and you have a nice view of the village Torino di Sangro, the ocean (10 minutes by car) and the mountains in the backgroud. “Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme.”
