“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”

“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside...

“We were two families with four adults and four children betweeen 6-9 years old. Had a fantastic time at the house, it never felt small, all necessary equipment is there, and it has a very nice standard to it. The knifes in the kitchen would need some sharpening though :) We enjoyed every moment of the house, the soroundings and the pool of course. Under one hour drive takes you to really nice beaches and mountains. You can do running from the house down in the valleys between all the grape...

“Absolutely gorgeous, spent a week here together with two other couples. The surroundings and environment is magnificent and the people very friendly. As mentioned in the ad the last road up to the house is a little bit challeging but nothing to fear, we had a minibus (Fiat Talento) and that was no problem. Nothing more to ask from the house or the area, nice and piaceful.”
