“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.

“Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!”

“Beautiful grounds , peaceful and relaxing , beach was amazing and staff was very friendly . Room was clean and comfortable . Only negative was coffee was not good in the room . Had to go buy one every morning and the hotels restaurant. Saw others doing the same .”
