“Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. ”

“We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun.”

“Die Unterkunft war genau das was wir wollten. Eine sehr gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem ruhig sodass man seinem Urlaub genießen konnte. Das Haus war sauber und man mochte sich gerne dort aufhalten. Auch der Pool und die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen waren perfekt. ”

“We had a most pleasant stay at the Cozy Beach House this week. The place was immaculate with absolutely nothing overlooked, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Since we flew in from PA, we had limited space for towels, beach chairs, etc. All of that and more was happily provided.
