“Close to the ocean and on a quiet dead-end street. It sits on the canal where you can watch manatees. We brought our own coffee pot as it has a Keurig and we drink lots of coffee.”

“Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.”

“We enjoyed our stay with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms each with tub/removable shower, bedroom with King bed, large walk in closet and 2 sinks in one bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds. Parking was nearby in the condo lot. You do have to take out your own garbage and purchase your own extra bags after the initial ones are used. Having carts on the first floor near the elevator helped us greatly taking our luggage in and out of the Condo. Shopping is nearby. It’s a...

“Condo was as described, excellent location. We have been coming to South Seas for 15 years and love the resort. This is a convenient location to the Starbucks that we frequent and walking distance to many restaurants! Condo was clean and well equipped.”

“The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely...
