Great Stay
Easy self check-in as we arrived on Christmas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I was contacted days before my reservation to confirm my room choices etc. The staff is kind and very helpful. The hotel location is in a calm and quiet community. Right next door are two restaurants. I ate at the Lion’s Den, the owner was very kind and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quaint Boutique Hotel. The rooms are very lovely designed and welcoming. The service and staff were gorgeous! Very kind, helpful and an extraordinary communication with the reservation management. We would always choose on of their hotels, if we come to Malta again.

Nous avons passés 10 nuits dans cet hôtel. Accueil très sympathique ( uniquement le matin ). Mais personne le jour de notre arrivée en début d'aprem et c'est dommage . petits déjeuners dans le resto d'à côté et pas de lunch mais servit à table donc très long et pas tjs tout sur la carte Et aussi du bruit avec le chien de la maison d'à côté qui aboie une bonne partie de la nuit. Sinon cette une bonne adresse.

Beautiful and modern hotel, with view over the church dome. The area is very quiet and the room has all the comforts one would need, including a jacuzzi bath. The staff were extremely helpful and reacted as soon as we needed help. Definitely recommended.

Einmal und Nie mehr
Diese Einrichtung hat leider nichts mit einem Boutique Hotel zu tun ist eher ein Privates Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist funktionsfähig eingerichtet jedoch fehlt die Proklamierte "Quaint" . Der Balkon ist gross jedoch leider sehr staubig da man direkt auf eine Baustelle schaut. Das Frühstück ist nicht den Namen wert, es wird nebenan in einem dunklen Loch serviert wo es nur darum geht Zusatzverkäufe zu tätigen wie Kaffee oder Jus.

Fuite au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain, le lendemain de notre arrivée nous pensions que c’était sans gravité et le jour suivant nous avons compris qu’il y avait une fuite importante, le matin même nous l’avons signalé à la réceptionniste qui nous a dit faire le nécessaire . A notre retour une serviette de toilette était juste posée sous le lavabo. Bien sûr la fuite était plus importante, donc à nouveau dialogue avec la réceptionniste de l’après-midi qui elle a été très réactive. Une heure après, intervention , fuite réparée.

The location is good, the room modern, clean & spacious. Good restaurants downstairs. Breakfast better than expected with v good gluten free bread ( order before). Fresh coffee at breakfast would be a bonus

We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are akso extremely heloful and pokite Our only suggestion is to have better pillows as they were not comfortable.

La chambre était très belle et bien équipée. En revanche, il y avait une sorte de discothèque juste en dessous ce qui faisait qu'entre 21h00 et 3-4h00 du matin les murs, le lit et les meubles tremblaient au rythme des basses. Autant dire qu'il était impossible d'y dormir la nuit,ce qui est un peu gênant pour un tel Hotel.

However, we are aware that we have sent you an email which pointed out that the village of Sannat will be celebrating the village feast on that weekend. This is part of the email that we have sent you: "1. As you might already know, the village of Sannat will be hosting the village festa from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th July, 2019. The festa activities keeps going till the early hours in the morning. Thus, we shall advise you that the streets will be busier and noisier than usual. 2. The main street to the Hotel will be closed for traffic. Therefore, we recommend you to park in the side streets located before you will reach the main square". The staff were great, very helpful and nice and the rooms were very nice however the hotel is not in a great location as there is nothing in that area at all.

Having say that, one can go for a walk to Ta. Cenc cliffs or swimming/snorkelling at Mgar ix-Xini or Xlendi Bay which is a tourist resort next to the village of Sannat. As a hotel alone, everything was great despite little to no staff at the front desk. The hotel is super clean, modern, bed was luxurious & the shower was lovely & had hot water. The housekeeping was top notch & thing in the room worked great. Breakfast was served right now door that included a British fry up, cereal, and other continental breakfast variety. If you arrive after check in, there’s a self check in option just by calling their number so you don’t have to worry about missing check in time. If arriving after 22:30, the public buses no longer operates and taxi is €15 flat rate. Buses are spaced apart so plan accordingly or walk about 25 mins from Victoria (the city centre & where most buses end). Wifi worked well. If you are visiting Gozo, this place is a great place to stay but it’s cumbersome if you have to go back & forth to Malta. Gozo is worth 2 days stay including visiting sites & if a good day, Comino Island.

Our reception desk service in Quaint Hotel in Sannat is from 08.30 until 12.00. However, when one needs assistance, one can call 100 to our Central Office from the phone provided on the reception desk and someone will assist to your query 24 hours a day. O hotel fica afastado da região do Porto ou de Victoria , então se tiver carro, fica tudo mais fácil e vale o deslocamento. Os gps vão te confundir um pouco, mas fica perto de uma igreja. A fachada è simples, mas você se surpreenderá com o quarto e o atendimento. A recepção tem horário limitado. A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa, explica tudinho. Se você fala ingles ,ok. Se você fala espanhol, também- ela è professora de espanhol. Você tera uma senha pra abrir a porta do hotel. O café da manhã è realizado no restaurante ao lado do hotel. Café da manhã simples, poderia ser melhor. Mas, seu objetivo da viagem não foi comer, né ? Ótimo custo beneficio se você estiver com carro

Situated in a really nice village
Lovely hotel, with really nice, helpful staff. And right beside a grand locals' pub (local village football clubhouse)! Delightful room with a jacuzzi bath. Well located for walking to the south coast trail.

Lovely room, poor breakfast, quiet location
Room was very nice and new. Loved the facilities but the breakfast was very poor. Limited options and missing some advertised items each day. Surrounding area very quiet and limited options for eating and buying items such as water and snacks.
