âNo restaurant in hotel avaliable 15:00. They sent me in a Taxi 20min to find food, I had to pay for taxi. There is absolutely no restaurant in the surrounding i walked several km. There is nothing to do like bar or cafe.
The pool outside was closed off-season. The sauna was not working, the steam room had a strange smell. I got a room against the street, I guess if you got river it would have been nice.
You could not reach the top floor by som reason.

âWhat Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival. Even after we went through the property staff who denied any refund for rest of our stay sadly we still had to go.
