“We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit in Venice. We had a late arrival and were accommodated in a very helpful and friendly way by our host. The apartment was well stocked with the things we needed. Two mature couples (65) loved our stay in Venice, and this apartment was all we hoped it would be. We are glad to recommend it to fellow travelers.”

“AMAZING!! Perfect for those who want to live more central and more secluded from the intrusion of hotels. This place made me and my friends feel like we lived in Venice! Incredibly homey and central! However, keep in mind that you HAVE TO go to the hotel at a different location first! “Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Very nice apartment, venitian/moroccan style decoration with modern appliances. Walking distance to eveything. There is no elevator, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. DO NOT eat at a restaurant nearby called Rosa Rossa! The lady owner is the most rude person in Venice.”

“This is a great location if you do not want to stay in a crowded area. Easy to use water bus to get around. Quiet at night but does have some early morning noise with grocery store 7:00. Property managers on site and very helpful.”

“Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.”

“The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean. ”
