Trevligt, men enkelt. Rent och prydligt! Långsamt Wi-Fi! Saknar frukosten! Massvis med TV-kanaler! Vill inte klaga på någonting beträffande hotellet! Jag trivdes jättebra den vecka jag bodde där! DOCK!!! har jag ett stort minustecken. Jag bokade (och betalade) en hyrbil via Hotels.com Den dök aldrig upp!?! Inget svarsmail. Inget! How ´bout that?

My car got hit by a hit and run driver. There are not enough cameras to cover the parking lot. The maid bangs on the door like if she was was the God Damn Police. Even afterr you scream that i was coming, to hold on im getting dressed. Still. Banging on the god dam door. Loud, loud , loud.! All day. All night and day!. You have to be loud just to fit in. Horrible stay.

This is a popular destination for work crews staying for projects in the area. Which means loud evenings and early mornings. That being said, it’s cheap and central to pretty much all of OC. So definitely worth it.

Price was right, It was not superclean, they were some suspicious stains on the bathroom shower that I did not wanted to touch, but at least did not smell. There was a leather chair that had so many scratches that for a moment I thought it was a special cat design. The mattress need some work for sure, my back was killing me in the morning, I am a very good sleeper so I was able to rest but boy my back wasn't comfortable at all. They had a desk very close to the bed that to me it was on the way. Anyway the front lady was nice, overall I like it.

The night time security guard put a 24hr notice on my car because I forgot to put the parking pass on my dash. However with the amount of sketchy individuals roaming the property, I am thankful that they did have an onsite security guard. I was impressed with the room and it's amenities. I will definitely stay there again.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. The next room they gave us was ok, but there were dirty towels with something that looked like blood and other debris on them. We had 3 people in the room and there were only 2 towels. When we asked for more that made it a point that we had to bring them to the front desk when we check out. We also asked for extra pillows and it was an issue, we were told that they dont usually give out extra pillows. When we went to the desk to ask for extra pillows the lady at the desk was to busy doing someones hair to help us. I dont normally write reviews but we will never stay at a red roof inn again.

We had the worst experience at this place, we had 3 nights booked and only stayed 1 because it was too much. We went into our room and it smelled like 10 people had just been smoking there even those its a no smoke facility. As soon as we set our things down we were greated by a cockroach on the key card we had just placed by the tv. We thought it was a one time thing since our room was so close to the street. Then we found 2 more in the bathroom and another on the sink in a matter of less than 10mins. It was really late and everything was booked so we gave it a chanse for the night. We could barely sleep the bed was uncomfortable and the smell of cigarettes was too strong. When i woke up the next morning there was a another cockroach on the nightstand staring, i was able to kill it and when I ran to the bathroom to throw it out we found 2 more. At that moment we found another hotel further from there and checked out. Once we got to that hotel we notices the clothes and blanket we used that night smelled like the hotel room. Thankfully we had decided to take back our lugage to the car that night to not risk a roach getting in it. The only good thing the place had was the two ladies that assisted us at the desk and the security guard other than that the place is not worth anyone waisting their money on, its a literal health hazard.

Not once was my room cleaned. I would put my maid service sign on the door and when I returned they had put do not disturb. It bothered me. I called the front desk and they told me they no longer had cleaning service at that time. It was about 5pm. Was not able to have my morning coffee, it was horrible. Taste was nasty. They did not have any warms blankets and nights were freezing cold. Very bad service overall. Will never stay there again and definitely not recommend the place.

I checked in to the dirty room with mold smell and live cockroaches . No hot water to take shower just warm water no hot. Human hair in the ice bucket and dirty outlets. No room make up ! Left at 10 am and came back to dirty room! Do not stay here this place is roach infested! This is not 2 star place this place needs to be shat down and closed
