    In Spanish, vistosa translates to colorful. This residence located on the Mesa is exactly that: vibrant colors, playful aesthetic, with chic interior accents. The custom features include vaulted ceilings, carved in arches, and beautiful Spanish tile. Casa Vistosa is a three bed, two bath home with landscaped gardens and flowering plants located just a short distance from the beach, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.



    The Space:

    It offers a primary bedroom with large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and large soaking tub with jets. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tertiary bedroom contains another queen-size bed. This is an ideal family home with a gorgeous chef's fully stocked kitchen.



    Several French Doors open to the back patios and allow natural light to filter into the house. The charming backyard provides for the perfect ambiance for a BBQ dinner, morning coffee or post beach relaxation session. The garage is filled with beach ready items like boggie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Take the bikes down to the beach and return to an outdoor shower and a burger night. The house was a dream to stay in. It was close to many stores and convenient to downtown SB. We were only a 10 minute drive away from the Santa Barbara courthouse where we attended a wedding. Thank you for everything.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. House was very nice and clean. Well appointed with items that we didnt even know about. Kitchen was stocked well. Eating places nearby was very helpful and grocery stores nearby also saved the day. Walking to the beach parks were nice in the evenings. The neighborhoods themselves were just nice to walk. Quiet place. Landscaper came on Monday, just as owners had told me but kept to himself and didnt come super early to wake us up. Showers were really nice. I was worried about no air conditioning but weather was fantastic, we could open windows, ceiling fan in master helped, and oscillating fans in other rooms were utilized. Washer and dryer was used everyday. We had a great vacation here.

Family wedding celebration

We stayed for a week together to celebrate a family wedding and had a lovely time together and in the home. It was very special and a great location and home base for our time together!

A very comfortable house

Lovely Mesa home close to Mesa Town Center, beach and more. The house was very well kept and cozy. We had one minor refrigerator issue that was immediately remediated by Wanderlust same day. Would come back again!

Excellent location, relatively quiet neighborhood (dogs and suburban sounds of leaf blowers), lovely home that feels more spacious than the square footage would indicate. Quick response to a few minor issues. We'd gladly stay again should the opportunity arise.

The place was perfect for our needs. Very clean & well appointed. The only thing that needed attention was the kitchen faucet. It needs replaced! Doesn’t move & water barely comes out. A hair dryer in bathroom would also be nice. Thank you for a great visit!!

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay! The house has great indoor/outdoor spaces and is well supplied (kitchen, bikes, etc.). The Mesa steps, coffee, and grocery stores are all walking distance. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Thanks for everything!

Impressive Stay!

Even though it was our fault we did not realize this property did not have AC, it was a great stay! Opening some of the windows and turning on the fans really helped. We enjoyed our stay! Clean and so cute!

Wonderful property! So comfortable and well equipped. We were a group of 5 and stayed for my son's graduation from UCSB. We were able to host a lovely family BBQ with 5 other family members to celebrate him and were so impressed by how stocked the kitchen was to host such an event. It was like being in my own kitchen. We were all able to spread out in the kitchen and lounge in the living room together. The owners have truly thought of everything to make a stay easy, and to have an enjoyable vacation in SB. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Location, Location, Location!

This home is perfect for a stay with family or friends. Close to everything. Walk to groceries, massage, coffee shop, and a few restaurants. The bikes were awesome for getting to the Preserve for a walk, ride to the waterfront or the steps at Mesa. We'd definitely come back! Also, the property management team was extremely prompt and helpful with any of our questions.

Great Place. The Mesa has everything

We grew up in SB and have lived on Palisades when we were younger! The location is perfect! We love the Boathouse and Shoreline cafe so really easy to get to. The house perfect for our kids to run and play. I would recommend this property to everyone. If I had to say anything that was a con, it would be the water in the master bedroom took a long time to heat up. And that wasn’t a big deal at all. Love the property!

Great location and house

Our family had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Great spot for our family trip - we were able to walk and bike to the grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, and nearby parks for the kids. We brought our bikes but the house has a couple of bikes and helmets available. There were also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, and wipes to get the oil off of your feet from the beach (which was a bummer but super nice to have the wipes when we got back to the house). Highly recommend for family trips!

GREAT Location

Great location. Walk to stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Beach gear in garage with bikes. Property Manager responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns. Small improvement could be a towel rack in the primary bathroom, there is no where to put your towel when you shower. We were sad to leave and can't wait to be back!

Great place, location, and...

...a couple things would improve the stays for your clients. 1.) Spend for the cable, it was a bummer not to be able to watch the World Cup - TV was a royal pain to try and login to our hometown providers that blocked out the matches. 2.)I have to believe most people who rent this place have a min of 4 people. You should upgrade to 4 decent beach cruisers. With 3 bikes, someone is left out. Bummer. Otherwise was a great stay! :-)
