His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house.”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations for basic cleanliness. In one of the bedrooms, there was extensive dark spotting and black discoloration on the windows, shades, and in the bathroom consistent with mold or mildew. The staining was widespread and immediately noticeable and made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. We also found food left on the patio floor, and the outdoor cushions in both the front and back of the house were completely stained. They sent someone to...
