It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. “The home is lovely and it’s in a great location (those walking trails!)! The things that mattered to us and definitely met expectations: all beds and bedrooms were modern, comfortable, and definitely as pictured. Bathrooms were modern and totally functional. The kitchen was modern (ish) and functional although small. Ping pong table and hot tub were hits! Garage made unpacking so much easier. Washer/dryer worked great. Everything was clean. Things that had a very low impact on our stay, but...

“2 blocks from the ocean with ample amenities (HOT TUB) and plenty of parking. Great for couples or families with 1-2 small kids. Great inventory of kitchen supplies and a grill that must be almost brand new... it worked like a charm! The only knock was the mini-ADU in the back didn't have adequate sleeping pads (the city made them remove 2 weeks prior to our check in but that message didn't get to us.). ”
