It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. “nice place, pet friendly, but no closets, three steps down to bed, sharp edges, hard to natrigate at night. patio was ok, but freeway noise kind of ruined it. easy to reach person listed. Location was fine, but due to freeway work(will it ever end?) added lots of traffic to location access.”
