It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. “We stayed in mid-May for my son’s wedding. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and although small because it’s a vintage house, there were thoughtful touches throughout. This property has everything you could need, cookware, coffee maker, plenty of towels and blankets and a fenced yard for pets. Would stay there again.”
