“Stayed here for a wedding. Very comfortable for 7 of us. House was clean. The pool table was a hit in the garage as the weather was beautiful the first weekend in March. The walk and the trek down the stairs to the ocean was worth it. ”

Lynn was a gracious host and welcomed us with a hand-written message, bottled water in the fridge, and fresh flowers! We appreciated the off-street parking for our mid-sized SUV. It's a narrow driveway with a retaining wall on one side. It would be tight for a larger vehicle. Our 4 night stay went by too quickly! We'll want to stay longer next time!”

“This small residence has easy access to central SB. It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. “Such a perfect place. Location was amazing. We loved sitting in the yard with fire pit & hot tub. Beds/sheets were super comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Appreciated the beach gear. Would stay here again without hesitation!”
