It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. “The studio is very charming and Natty’s communication was excellent! He sent us his “not to miss” list in the area. Some of the highlights were hiking to the Montecito Hot Springs, the Ennisbrook trail, and walking to Summerland for coffee at Field & Fort. We are already thinking about a return visit!”

“Very good communication! The location was nice, as well. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a park but was also quiet. A little cramped for two people (especially where the bed is) but it worked for a short stay.”
