“Very good communication! The location was nice, as well. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a park but was also quiet. A little cramped for two people (especially where the bed is) but it worked for a short stay.”

“Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

“The location of this fresh, clean, and comfortable home was a perfect fit for our needs! Lynn was a gracious host and welcomed us with a hand-written message, bottled water in the fridge, and fresh flowers! We appreciated the off-street parking for our mid-sized SUV. It's a narrow driveway with a retaining wall on one side. It would be tight for a larger vehicle. Our 4 night stay went by too quickly! We'll want to stay longer next time!”

“Casita Calma is in a quiet country near a reservoir and one of the best views of Santa Barbara. From the hill, we watched a rocket take off and we listened to nothing but the sound of frogs and owls at night. It's a well appointed casita with lovely lighting and extremely clean!”
