It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. “The location of this fresh, clean, and comfortable home was a perfect fit for our needs! Lynn was a gracious host and welcomed us with a hand-written message, bottled water in the fridge, and fresh flowers! We appreciated the off-street parking for our mid-sized SUV. It's a narrow driveway with a retaining wall on one side. It would be tight for a larger vehicle. Our 4 night stay went by too quickly! We'll want to stay longer next time!”
