“Implacable home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay super enjoyable. I have never worked with a host like Michael. I texted him that our coffee machine had a glitch and he went and bought a new one for us. Despite the fact that we had other coffee options such as French press and pour over. Very sweet person. He informed me of the amazing history of the house. Loved the clean bathrooms and the new renovation designs of the house. We had a flower arrangement next to each bed....

“Excellent, cozy little home. It was perfect for our family of four for a couple nights. The backyard is a wonderful little retreat and the bedrooms, living room and kitchen are all nicely appointed. The noise from the street was a bit of an issue (we were there in a Saturday night so lots of people out partying) but nothing too disturbing. Would recommend bringing some extension cords as outlets are mostly in subfloor and difficult to access for most things. ”

“We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens. “Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house.”
