“We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens. Laundry room was very helpful and they have lots of amenities for a day at the beach if needed. Overall, we were very comfortable for a family of four. Cons: We selected this property to have...

“This house was definitely in the top five (perhaps even three) of all the places I have stayed. It was perfect for our brief get away. Well stocked kitchen for making dinner, very comfortable beds with plenty of privacy and the outdoor seating around the fire pit was a great way to spend the evening. I would definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in Santa Barbara.”
