“Very good communication! The location was nice, as well. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a park but was also quiet. A little cramped for two people (especially where the bed is) but it worked for a short stay.”

“It was a quick getaway/ visit so our time in the home was only to sleep, share a snack, late night sip of wine, and morning coffee. There was plenty of room for our friend group. The backyard needed some upkeep, need to stock up on wine glasses, and get some WD-40 on the squeaky doors. Overall comfortable stay.”

“The house was as advertised and was perfect for our family. The kitchen, dining, and living room were gorgeous and in very good condition. The bedrooms were nice, but a little more storage space for clothing and stuff would have been good. The A/C worked well. The outside space was great and we used it a lot as the weather was wonderful during our visit. The spa could use a new cover. The neighborhood is beautiful. It’s easy to get from the house to downtown, the beach, numerous restaurants, stores, the 101 and the wine country. We had no problems with the house and the host was very pleasant and responsive.”
