“Perfect place for a 3-generation family reunion. It is large, with a good kitchen, and is close to the beach. The game room was a bonus as we weathered a 3-day storm. ”

“Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

The things that mattered to us and definitely met expectations: all beds and bedrooms were modern, comfortable, and definitely as pictured. Bathrooms were modern and totally functional. The kitchen was modern (ish) and functional although small. Ping pong table and hot tub were hits! Garage made unpacking so much easier. Washer/dryer worked great. Everything was clean. We loved the beautiful surroundings, the locations to hikes and restaurants, and the layout including all the special little details.
