"Suveränt boende som har allt man egentligen behöver på ett hotell och vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Personal som visar passion och inte "bara jobbar". Fina rum med supereffektiv och tyst air-condition, stor och fräsch frukostbuffé, pool, gratis parkering, lånecyklar, låneparaply m.m. Bara 10 min gångavstånd till Lucca centrum som dessutom visade sig vara den stad vi uppskattade mest under vår resa i Toscana pga betydligt mer autentisk atmosfär utan att trängas med turister."

"Have you ever felt split in two? But your heart says yes. The location and environment were absolutely amazing... I'm at a loss for words. The view was breathtaking, with stunning scenery that made every moment feel magical. Whether we were strolling through the picturesque surroundings or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the beauty of the place was truly unparalleled. But the room... it was claustrophobic, dark, and so noisy that it felt like we were sharing the space with others. We had rooms above us and on both sides, and we heard everything—a baby crying, a couple arguing in the middle of the night, and every time someone left or entered their room. I’m sure they have a lot to say about us as well, of course. So, if you are a light sleeper, it might be good to either mention it in advance or bring earplugs with you. I did neither. However, the personnel were amazing. They surprised us with a bottle of prosecco after we mentioned how we felt about the situation. I know it won't change the thin walls, but it certainly made us forgive them and forget. Special mention to the pool staff and the porter, who did everything they could and even more. Their kindness and effort truly added an extra star to our stay. Honestly, I would visit again, now that I know what to expect and can prepare for it. ❤️"

"Supermysigt boende med fantastisk utsikt över Toscanas böljande landskap. Vi åt även middag på boendet. Middagen var helt OK. Det var gott och genuint, som om att Italienska mormor lagat middagen. Rustik men god, "bondig" mat. Man bör ringa och boka middagen sedan innan. Det är inte garanterat att de kan laga mat om de har för få gäster, så om det är lågsäsong så ring innan och dubbelkolla. Till oss hade de sagt att de inte kunde erjuda middag, men sen när vi kom dit så hade de fått fler bokningar ändå så de erbjöd middag trots allt. Supermysigt boende som vi gärna kommer tillbaka till för dess fantastiska miljö. Fint och fräscht. Dock väldigt lyhört!!! "
