Stor Hem på lugn gata steg från Sunny Cove Beach

Du har hittat det perfekta huset. Massor av rum och badrum PLUS två privata varma utomhus duschar gör detta det bästa stället att bo för större familjegrupper. Det fungerar bra för företagsevent också!

Detta stor solig hus är den perfekta platsen för en Santa Cruz flyktbilen. Beläget på en lugn gata i en exklusiv stadsdel, det är bara fem hundra fot till Sunny Cove Beach, känd av lokalbefolkningen för boogie boarding och skumma ombordstigning. Monterey halvön och det blinkande lampor är synliga över bukten från vardagsrummet och rymliga däck. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till Starbucks, lokal marknad, lokalt bryggeri, restauranger, en fantastisk bondemarknad och hamnen, och enkelt cykelavstånd till strandpromenaden eller Capitola. Golf, vinprovning, yoga, klättring, kajakpaddling, paddla ombordstigning och segling finns i närheten.

Inte bara vårt hus har location, location, location, det finns gott om utrymme med nästan 5000 kvadratfot boyta. Det är den perfekta semestern huset för att dela med en annan familj (eller två). Det finns tre rum med queen size-sängar (ett med havsutsikt), två rum med king size-sängar och ett mycket stort rum som sover 8 barn i våningssängar. Det finns en trappa allrum med öppen spis och havsutsikt, och en annan familj på nedervåningen med öppen spis och TV. Det finns också ett spelrum med biljardbord och en bar.

Trädgården har en stor yta av sportplan med basketplan. Balkonger från sovrummen möjliggör en fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången.

This home is beautiful. Perfect for my family. Rooms are spaced so no one feels like they're on top of the other. Multiple spaces for intimate or larger family gatherings. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying fresh air and views. We will come again.

Absolutely Perfect House!Over the years we have stayed at dozens of VRBO homes, and this house is certainly among the top three. Extremely clean, great beds and linens, kitchen is very well stocked, and there are activities galore for the kids (and adults). The bedroom/bathroom layout offers lots of privacy and there are quiet areas that are perfect for reading (or a nap). The location is great. Short block to the beach but traffic drops off to almost zero after dark so it is quiet. Everything you need is within a ten-minute drive. And to top things off, the manager is super easy to work with and exceptionally nice. Highly recommend this property.

This is our second time of staying at the home for a week for a family birthday celebration. The house is absolutely perfect! The two downstairs TV/pool rooms were great for kids, the wetsuits were utilized almost every day, and the deck we enjoyed from waking in the morning until bedtime. The house has been remodeled between our visits, and it is top notch. We are already talking about renting it again in 5 years.

Annual Family Trip

We had an amazing, great time in Amber's beautiful home! The space was perfect for our family. There were 12 of total, 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of rooms and spaces for all of us to spread out, but still all hang out, play games and be together. We loved the pickleball court. We had a great Easter egg hunt for the kids. Walked to the beach and farmers market. We do this every year with our family and we all agreed this had been one of the best.

Fabulous Home for Family Reunion

The Sunny Cove beach house is an amazing property close to the ocean and fully equipped with all you will need for a fun getaway. Our host was responsive and helpful. Our family of 13 adults and one child played pickle ball, enjoyed the beach, and cooked/grilled huge meals in the spacious kitchen. We highly recommend this property for family gatherings.

Fabulous Place for Family and/or Friends

This house was the perfect place for my family and relatives - the location is great, walking distance to the water/beach, kitchen is well stocked with baking/cooking utensils/pans/gadgets, the deck is a great area to bbq and have dinner or just hang out, there are plenty of places to lounge - inside and out. The bunk room is perfect for teens/kids. The pickle ball court is an added bonus, we used the court everyday. This place is perfect! Do not hesitate to book this house. And the owners are great with getting back to you on any questions before and after you book. We will definitely be back!

We were14 persons: 10 adult, 1 teenager and 3 children, three generatons. It felt like the home was built for us. We had enough bedrooms and baths with sufficient privacy, and wonderful shared space for dining togehter, gathering in the family rooms or on the deck. Pool, pingong, pickleball and 2 large screen TVs were icing on the cake. The towels, wet suits, sand toys, and beach chairs, made if perfect for going to the two neighboring beahes. The kitchen has many and perfect supplies. We had absolutely no issies and no surprises but the commniication from Amber was responsive and timely. looking forward to returning Amber, Thank You

Perfect location

This property is perfect for multi-generational visitors. Everyone has his own space. The beds and bedding are exceptionally nice. The location is close to morning coffee and afternoon beach time. We hope to come back for a 3rd visit!

Such a great house for a group!

This was our second visit to this property. We love the location and the home. This home holds a group so well. We had a day of very bad weather but had plenty to do inside with pool and games and a great kitchen for cooking. We love working with the Shaws and we love their beach house!

Thanksgiving 2023

We have stayed in this home twice now and it really works well for our large family Thanksgiving gatherings. Love the game room!! The kids practically lived there. Basketball and pickle ball was great!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook minus the food of course. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Quick little walk to the beach and restaurants. We would recommend anyone to stay here. Plus you get your steps in with all the stairs!!

helped make a fantastic 75th jubilee

this great multilevel property was a perfect place where our family held a 75th birthday celebration. in addition to lots of stairs the house came with lots of kitchen amenities that kept most of "our traveling baking bag" packed up (about the only thing missing was a rolling pin :) and entertainment goodies (especially the pool table and pickleball court) and plenty of room for us all to get together and also to split up into smaller groups. in addition to maintaining a great property, the owner was very responsive throughout and after, even helping return one of our grands' favourite pillow that was left behind. a+++ all the way. our family continues to take about it and there are already discussions about a return, [std disclaimer: nobody paid us, we paid them and are satisfied customers.]
