    Stora 3 bd 2ba rymmer upp till 7 vuxna. Helt ny sektion i det rymliga vardagsrummet.
    Två våningar hem. Bara en kort promenad till West Cliff. Cowells strand, kommunala brygga, strandpromenaden och fyrens surfmuseum. Hot Tub i en stor privat trädgård. Detta hem ligger på en cul de sac hörnet mycket nära allt. De två sovrummen i bottenvåningen delar badrum med dusch. Det större rummet har tre enkelsängar och en tv .. Det andra rummet har skjutdörrar till trädgården och badtunna. Detta rum har en queen size-säng. Det finns ett stort 2 bilgarage ner en kort trappa från första våningen. Den övre nivån har ett stort vardagsrum med fönster och utsikt över kajen. Det finns en veranda med bord och stolar längs vardagsrummet för att njuta av havsbrisen. Matsalen går samman med vardagsrummet och köket. Med ett härligt nytt matbord. Fullt utrustad och redo för en familjemåltid. Stort nytt gasutbud och ugn, rostfritt kyl med stor kapacitet. Det finns ett skafferi med tillräckligt med hyllutrymme för att dölja s'mores ingredienser.
    Det stora sovrummet är på andra sidan golvet. Det finns en balkong med bord och 2 stolar med utsikt över trädgården och badtunnan. Vy över västra klippan är perfekt för att koppla av och vara med din familj. Det finns tillräckligt med utrymme att ha lugn och ro, och utmärkta gemensamma utrymmen för att samla alla för BBQ: s eller lounge i vardagsrummet för att se en film.
    Du kan gå från ytterdörren till West Cliff Drive på under 3 minuter. Kajen är bara ytterligare 5 minuter, och sedan har du strandpromenaden och Cowells strand ytterligare några minuter därifrån. Det finns flera underbara restauranger på kajen. Under sommarmånaderna hittar du salsadans och levande utomhusmusik i den ideala baren och grillen som ligger vid ingången till kajen. Det finns också gratis fredagskonserter på strandpromenaden. från juni till september.
    Om du tar med din hund är det en fantastisk promenad den andra riktningen på västklippan mot fyren och surfmuseet vid fyrfältet. Mitchells Cove har lediga timmar för frikörning och frisbee. Cirka 10 minuters promenad till fyren. West Cliff Drive tar dig från kajen hela vägen till naturliga broar stranden.

Couldn’t ask for better! Leaving 100 degree weather for 68-72, sitting in the deck having drinks, looking at the ocean and seeing the Boardwalk lights and sea lions barking in the distance! Thaw parks and cliffs around the corner are beautiful, and can walk anywhere you want to go! All of the utensils needed in the kitchen were there already, and the fireplace was perfect after sundown!

Family vacation

This absolutely the best location out of all our past 10 year stays, west cliff for the adults calling and running,/dogs, best location to boardwalk for the children. Right amount of room for my family.

Perfect West Cliff House

The house was a great value and great location, close to everything. House is well stocked with house supplies and toys for fun at the beach. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Thank you for the great stay.

July visit

Excellent property! Wake to gulls, surf and sea lions. A short walk to Steamer Lane and West Cliff Drive or the Boardwalk, and friendly, welcoming neighbors. House is well equipped and comfortable for even large groups (5 adults) to spend the night. Owners are amazingly responsive and helpful as needed. Overall, a fantastic place to rest and recharge. I look forward to my next visit already!

This property needs some small maintenance care. It is in a lovely location for walking. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen has most everything one would need to cook and a round table in the dining room where we could all sit together for a meal.I reported most of my observations to the property manager. Over all we enjoyed our visit.

West Cliff Vacation

An excellent house and beautiful location, a short walk from both West Cliff Drive and the Boardwalk. The view from the balcony, with sea lions calling, was the ideal place to relax a day away. A perfect place from which to attend the Wharf to Wharf race! House itself was excellent, both comfortable and relaxing. Owners have it well-equipped, with everything needed for laundry, etc. Extra bedding and towels made the stay even more comfortable. In short, this is a great place to stay and well cared for by the owners. Loved it, and hope to return for next year's race!

Kitchen

For a house that sleeps 7 or 8 I fill like someone had cleaned out their camping dishes. Alot of small plastic cups. There were only 3 spoons and 4 steak knives that did"nt work well.. The couch was on the ground. Very low and hard to get on or off. Other than that it was a great week. We enjoyed it very much.

Too expensive to be this bad

I hate to leave a bad review, especially since the owner tried to be attentive and helpful, but we won’t be staying here again. We’ve been staying in rental homes in Santa Cruz for years, so we don’t usually expect much (most homes are pretty dated). But at least the others are sanitary and work properly. We lost power twice in 4 days, my husband was too skeeved to use the hot tub, the garbage disposal was broken, and the yard (which is enormous) is full of holes and dead grass to the point the kids couldn’t play out there for risk of breaking an ankle. The tv doesn’t work (no cable and or streaming accounts to use). The pots and pans are so old and scratched up and gross (maybe even dangerous). The ice maker’s broken and just keeps making ice, which makes a mess of the freezer and drips all over the floor. Basically the house is held together with bubble gum. And there was construction behind the house (outside the primary bedroom) and the city was doing work on the street so there were metal plates and smelly asphalt all over. Would have appreciate a head’s up and the choice whether we wanted to live through all that. We stayed there because of the location, which is awesome. But we won’t stay again. I have no idea how on earth others rated this 10/10.

santa cruz boardwalk vacation stay

My family had a great time at this vacation house. The location is excellent and has a beautiful view from the upstairs living area of the ocean and boardwalk. The neighborhood was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, considering how busy the boardwalk was. The beds were comfortable, hot tub warm, backyard very nice area. The house is very casual and perfect for families. The host was very helpful when we needed her which was appreciated.

Great Location!!!

I spent 2 nights here with our friends and 2 dogs. The back yard was large and gave the pups some room to run around while we BBQed. Location is great as it is a few minute walk to the board walk. The only thing I saw that could use a little work was the cleaning outside in the backyard. Lots of spider webs, grill and table were fairly dirty as well so I took the outside hose and cleaned it up some. Otherwise though we had a great stay and Jewlia who rented us the home was very easy to work with.

Cutest Neighborhood, great house but...

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this home. We wanted to be in walking distance of the boardwalk and this is the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We had 2 families of 4 and the only thing that was a little disappointing is that the ad says this property sleeps 8, but it only sleeps 7 in beds. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and one of the bedrooms has a King, One has a Double and one has 3 twins. In my opinion, you shouldn't count the couch as a bed unless it pulls out into a sofa. Other than that, this house has it all. It's a gem rental and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home is a great location!

We were very comfortable in this lovely home. The location is awesome! We stayed for two nights and I wish we could’ve stayed another two. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every day after long walks in Santa Cruz.
