Newly remodeled kitchen and family room-The 25th Beach Retreat with hot tub!

Welcome to the 25th Beach Retreat in Santa Cruz, CA... our soon-to-be remodeled three bedroom, two and a half bath home located steps from the ocean, sleeping up to 8 adults. Upstairs you will find a spacious, updated family room with a set of 12' sliding bi-fold doors for a true indoor/outdoor living experience; large deck with ocean views and plenty of seating; large main bedroom with king bed, full bath and small private deck; a beachy half bath; fully remodeled and well stocked kitchen; and dining room with seating for 8. Downstairs features two queen bedrooms; a large second downstairs family room with super comfy Murphy bed; a roomy backyard for dining and relaxing with an outdoor dining table, roomy hot tub, comfy couches and chairs plus a cozy fire pit. The 25th Beach Retreat is stocked with plenty of beach gear-including towels, chairs, boogie boards & beach toys; a large selection of movies and books; and games for kids of all ages. Welcome to our happy place!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Christina was very communicative before our stay and provided a ton of information and details in advance. On arriving, there was a nice welcome basket. The home is well located and as advertised just steps to the beach. It was very clean and well kept throughout. The home had a number of amenities including beach chairs, games, etc. the house had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home and we will return for sure. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable property very convenient to our family reunion headquarters just a couple of blocks away. The place was well equipped, and we enjoyed good communication with the owner. We didn’t make use of all the amenities Beach Retreat had to offer, but whenever we needed something we found it was already there. Only comment - the downstairs bathroom might have benefited from an exhaust fan to clear the air after a shower. Highly recommended.

What an outstanding property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 25th Beach Retreat. It truly is just steps to the neighborhood beach. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the many outdoor spaces allowed our family (6 adults) to spread out, but also gather for meals. The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The neighborhood, was blissfully quiet, even on 4th of July. The window blinds are a little tricky to operate--be sure to read the directions thoroughly!

Beach vacation

This is a wonderful property - a view of the ocean from the deck, very nicely decorated but still very comfortable. Every amenity provided - they thought of everything. It was so wonderful to have the whole family to eat around the table or go out to dinner and come back and relax. We went to the beach every day and came back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Christina was very responsive to all of our questions and provided all the details we needed for check in and check out. We really appreciate this property- thank you very much!!!

Fantastic Stay

My family and I had a great time at this VRBO. It was exactly as described and even better. Everything you need for the beach was available and the kitchen was so very well equipped we ate all of our meals at home. The home was in close proximity to shopping and easy access to the beach. I recommend booking this home and would stay here in the future.

We had such an amazing stay. This house is perfect in every way. We didn't want for anything! It was clean, well-stocked and the decor is exactly what you want for a beach house. We really didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place and experience

Had a fantastic stay and experience in this house. Very impressed on how much bigger it feels inside and outside. The jacuzzi was awesome with the weather we had and super clean. Quiet neighborhood with no cars coming out constantly. The location was perfect not only great short distance from the ocean but the deck was the best part. Breathing the ocean air and looking at it in the morning with your coffee to red wine nights was the best part on that deck. Memories I will cherish with my family and definitely would recommend to everyone. Looking forward to coming back!
