“Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht.”

“Fantastische plek, sfeervol huis, fijne bedden, schoon en compleet. Prachtige plek op een heuvel met ver uitzicht. Fijn zwembad, veel fijne restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten rijden, en in het huis koken kon ook prima. Lucca en Pisa dichtbij, mooie omgeving. Sympathieke en warme ontvangst, prettige en snelle communicatie.”

“Boujour,Nous avions réservé cette maison en janiver 2025 pour un séjour de 10 jours début juillet.Nous avons été informés par email 5 jours avant notre arrivée que notre réservation était annulée...L'email ne fournissait pas d'explication.Nous avons été remboursés mais il a été très difficile de trouver une nouvelle location en si peu de temps.”

“The property was a little tricky to find as it is off the main roads and down a windy, narrow gravel path. It's about a 30 minute drive to Lucca. The private pool is lovely, and all the flowers and succulents are beautiful. Giacomo and Jessica were very responsive when we had questions, and it was wonderful that they let us check in early.Pool towels are provided, but only one bath towel is given per guest for the entire week/stay. Guests should note that hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap,...

“Location and house were beautiful. Luisa and Colin (and Maurice!) were all so welcoming and friendly. So helpful with any questions we had, but also unobtrusive, if you just want a quiet place to relax. ”

“The villa was in a beauiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the hills and at least three hilltop cities. The property is situated in an area perfect for day trips to the many beautiful cities of Tuscany but you will need a car. There are also many activities available on the property. The hosts were always there for anthing we might need and gave us good tips about the area to make sure we had a wonderful Tuscan experience. I would highly recommend this property.”
