“Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das kleine Cottage ist in jeder Hinsicht einzigartig. Lage und Aussicht sind der Wahnsinn. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat immer gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert.”

“Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. Great views & a nice house, but detail needs updating, we probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised there wasn’t a...

“No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. ”

“The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return.”
