Lyxhotell i Santa Maria Novella

“Om man gillar amerikansk service blandat med Grand Hotell så är detta ett bra val. Allt är precis som förväntat inga negativa överrskningar utan rakt igenom mkt bra. Men det är inte prisvärt.”

“A very different hotel but so cool and creative we got a nice a large suite all colored in red with so much funny and quirky details which made the stay unforgettable Very serviceminded staff Best Claes and Isabelle”

“Charmigt hotell med egen trädgård där man äter frukost. Jättefint stort ’vardagsrum’ Fina rum, prisvärt”

“Allt var tipp topp ”

“ Bra hotell”

“Big and nice room. Great leadership location close to the railway station and only a few minutes from a old town. Breakfast was ok. Not a huge buffet but quite good for being Italy.”

“Mycket brafrukost”

“Väldigt trevlig personal och ligger bra placerad 10-15 min promenad längs floden till alla sevärdheter.”

“The room is quite spacious, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel locates near Fizence SMN train station which is great. It will take around 15-20 mins to the main city highlights by walk. There is a Japanese restaurant right in front of the hotel which is really convenient.”

“We had a bug in our bed upon arrival but the staff did nothing to help us with the problem. When we spoke to the staff they said they could change our sheets but when we arrived late in the evening no change had been made. The hygiene in the room in general was also poor, especially in the bathroom, and it could be a lot cleaner is several areas.”
