Thank you for your review! While we are thrilled you loved our home and would highly recommend us and that you would love to return. We will mention the bathroom update request to the homeowner, we do have accurate photographs listing our property so we can be as transparent as possible so our renters know exactly what they are getting prior to booking. We apologize that you had complications with the grill as we do have these professionally cleaned monthly and we wish you would have notified us so we could have rectified the issues immediately. We also have routine pest control at all of our properties which is a guaranteed program. Therefore if there are any issues they would come back and spray again for free based on our service contract. We did hear from you regarding the drain, within hours you notified us that you fixed it yourself so we canceled the vendor which was in route to the home.

Thank you for your review as our guests are our priority! In regards to the "smell" had you reached out during stay and had put in a maintenance request we would have addressed this during your stay. Guests checked in after your reservation and did not complain of similar issues however we will still investigate. Thank you however for bringing to our attention after the fact. We provide a starter amenities set in all of our properties as does every other property management- these include 2 trash bags per can; 2 rolls of 2 ply toilet paper per bathroom; 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen; 1 liquid dish soap; 2 dish pods; 1 dish sponge; 2 dish clothes and 2 dish towels as well in each kitchen area. We also are the only company in the area that provides fresh liquid hand soaps in the bathrooms. This information is not only in your booking contract it is given to you prior to check in so you are 100% prepared for your stay.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay and the many amenities provided such as the fully stocked kitchen supplies, games and the carriage house etc. We take pride in our homes and attempt to make them as close to "your home" as possible. The beach and the many restaurants are added bonuses.

Thank you for the review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. The check in times are based on previous check out and the multiple steps to complete prior to your check in to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

I am glad you enjoyed the location. Thank you for letting us know about the carriage house. We wish you would have reached out during your stay so that we could have called a vendor right away to look into any smells that were bothersome to you. We have scheduled a plumber to come check for any water issues and an HVAC company come check the HVAC unit. Regarding the TV, again we wish you would have reached out so that we may have walked you through any issues you were having or sent over a manager to assist you. I apologize that you did not appreciate the cleaning charges but they are listed before booking and detailed. We are very particular about the cleanliness of our homes and this home is well over 4000sq ft of indoor space and 600 sq ft of outdoor porch space. With 10 beds and 6 bedrooms teh laundry alone costs approx $375 to have professional cleaned, bleached, sanitized and pressed. Since COVID we a specific sanitizing process to be complete by our cleaners. We apologize greatly if you were unhappy with our prices we are thrilled you had a good stay and enjoyed the location.

Thank you for your stay but we are very confused with this review. We do not show record of any contact from you during you stay. It is standard for vacation rentals to have a "starter set" of amenities in the home. We email this list to all of the guests 3 days before check in so you know exactly what to expect. We apologize for any unhappiness you may have experienced with this home and we would have been more than happy to send our the property manager to find resolutions for you if we had been contacted.
