Thanks so much for your review! I believe you guys were down there when the seaweed was washing up all along the gulf coast so that explains the seaweed. I had y'all had to deal with the seaweed. You're right, there was a lot. And as for the doors, we've never had complaints about them not being able to lock. Some can be a little tough to lock, but that's due to the salt air and being outside. We'll have to agree to disagree about the shutters and rusted air vents though. We do appreciate your feedback and hope you had a good visit to Santa Rosa Beach.

Thanks so much for your review. You're actually the only complaint we've ever had with the kitchen, but we'll look into the kitchen supplies issue. Where are the loose tiles? We definitely want to get those fixed if there are any. Our cleaning lady and handy man can't find them.

I'm so glad that we had a good trip! We actually found the leak (it's a lot harder than it seems) and the roofers are scheduled to come in the upcoming weeks to get it fixed. We're really excited.
