“The house was perfect for our group of 12p. Three separate apartments with a big room with kitchen in the center. Very nice pool. Good surroundings and 5min walk to a grocery store. Great place for short and long excursions… But the best was Alessio, the guy that runs the place. He is a star and solved a lot of problems for us. Thank You Alessio❤️”

“This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. It’s at a height of 700 meter, it cools down in the evening. But with the fire place it’s very cosy. The hosts are very friendly and do speak perfect English.”

He also led us on a wonderful tour of Chianti Classico. We loved learning the history of the region and he took us to two beautiful wineries. “Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison 1 semaine avec ma femme, mes 3 enfants et notre petit chien. La maison est très propre, la piscine très bien entretenue. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles très rapidement si besoin. Il faut compter au moins 1 heure de trajet pour aller vers les villes touristiques (Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano), certains villages aux alentours méritent une visite (notamment Poppi et son Château à 10mn). “A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories.”

I could really recommend to ask to get invited for a grappa/wine tasting at Rafael just a few houses away from the villa - truly a fantastic experience. The only thing to bring with is that it is very high up with very small roads to get there so once you are up at the houce you might not go down to the village that often.”
