“We enjoyed our stay in Santa Ynez at Jeanne and Leo’s place. It was relaxing and there were nice touches like coffee beans in the fridge and a banana walnut cake for breakfasts. Santa Ynez is very close although the town is not walker-friendly. Los Olivos and Solvang are also so close and accessible. The casita is comfortable if a little tight in places. There are a lot of bugs which is a function of the locale. Jeanne could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay”

The quails, barn swallows, birds of prey, and dog greeters Remy and Lily combined with beautiful views of the mountains make this a perfect place to relax and let the rest of the world melt away. If you want more than peace and quiet then it's just a short drive into Solvang and many local wineries.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property! This location has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Well appointed cottage with all of the amenities, ten minutes to fantastic restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owners are lovely and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are many fond memories of having a glass of wine in the hot tub soaking in the panoramic views. Absolutely stunning.”

“This comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped, and well-maintained rental property is situated adjacent to the owners' home and a large, beautiful garden that they maintain. The location was on a quiet neighborhood street with a walking trail across the street and provided easy access to Santa Barbara, the UCSB Goleta campus, and the mountain wineries. The property does not have AC, but fans were provided and evenings were comfortably cool.”
