This modern and cozy apartment accommodates up to 4 people. While children are welcome, it is important to note that there are no protective screens or window locks, and the apartment is located on the 22nd floor. Therefore, constant supervision is required.

In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed and a balcony with an incredible sea view, perfect for relaxing. The suite has 2 single beds, which can be joined together or separated according to your preference.

Additionally, we offer a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who need a functional environment during their stay. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in every room, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a 2-burner electric stove, 2 pans, a minibar, and a coffee maker, making it ideal for preparing small meals. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for preparing more elaborate meals such as frying or roasting, and there is no refrigerator, only a minibar.

Suggested bed linen for the beds: 2 sets of single sheets 1 set of queen sheets (preferably without fitted sheets for the sofa bed) Don’t forget to bring beach towels and sarongs to enjoy the beach with comfort and practicality!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which includes a TV room, integrated kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. In addition, they can enjoy all the leisure facilities in the building, such as the swimming pool and gym.
