We are located right across from the sea — just cross the street to enjoy the beach!

The apartment features one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, offering comfort and convenience. In addition, you can enjoy a delightful balcony with spectacular sea views, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset with a cold beer.

We provide double bed linens and towels for up to 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, we do not exchange linens. For stays longer than 7 nights, it is possible to request an exchange at least 48 hours in advance, directly with the host.

If the reservation is for 3 or 4 people, you will need to bring a double-size sheet (preferably without elastic) for the sofa bed, a single sheet for the mattress, and also additional bath and face towels. Don't forget to bring your beach towels and sarongs to enjoy the sun in comfort.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, sandwich maker, and basic utensils (pots, pans, cutlery, plates), ideal for preparing small meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right in front of the sea. You will have 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception staff, as well as a swimming pool and gym. The building also offers a self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos), with separate fees.

During their stay, guests will have full access to the building's leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool and gym, ideal for moments of relaxation and well-being.

In addition, it is possible to use the beach facilities of Clube XV, which has a large tent with tables, chairs and bar service on weekends — an excellent option to enjoy the beach in greater comfort.

IMPORTANT: Download the app for your booking platform on your mobile phone and activate notifications! As soon as you make your reservation, pay attention to the messages sent directly through the app's chat. All essential information for your stay — such as address, passwords, and instructions — will be provided there. We strongly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications enabled to ensure that no communication is missed. Remember that chef-in starts at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can negotiate a late checkout in advance.

We know your pet is part of the family, and we are pleased to inform you that we accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it relieves itself in an appropriate place.

However, it's important to note that there is an additional fee for bringing your four-legged companion. Therefore, remember to add them to the number of guests when making your booking.

When bringing a pet, the guest assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the furniture. If special cleaning of upholstery or carpets is required, an additional fee of R$300.00 may be charged. This measure aims to preserve the quality of the environment for all visitors.
