Welcome to our apartment for up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area. The bedroom offers a beautiful sea view, a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk, and ceiling fan. The cozy living room has a sofa bed and a 49" smart TV with cable channels, which is ideal for accommodating 2 children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, two-door refrigerator, oven, toaster, pots, and basic utensils. Integrated with the living room, it offers comfort and interaction for family and friends.

For children's safety, the apartment is fitted with protective screens, but we ask that you always keep the doors locked, as the external corridors are open and not secured. Constant supervision is essential.

We accept one small pet per stay, provided it is trained to use the appropriate area for its needs. There is an additional charge and the pet must be included in the number of guests. Guests are responsible for any possible damages, including cleaning of upholstery and rugs, at a cost of R$300.00, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.

We hope you and your furry friend enjoy your stay in this comfortable space, which offers a stunning sea view from various points of the apartment.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire interior of the apartment. Located in the renowned Holliday Building, right on the seafront, the building is famous for its bold and innovative architecture, which combines daring elements with harmonious curves, marking an era in its construction.

Please note that the Holliday Building is currently undergoing renovation at the entrance to enhance guest service. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding should you experience any inconvenience during this period.

During your stay we will not be available in person. However, we will be accessible and ready to meet your needs through the airbnb platform. We recommend downloading the airbnb app and enabling notifications. After your reservation, we will send you a lot of information via internal message and it is important that you are immediately aware for efficient communication. In the Edifício Holiday area, residents have several transportation options. The neighborhood offers an efficient public transport system, including buses and vans that make it easy to get around the city. The proximity to the waterfront allows for pleasant walks and bike rides to explore the coastal area. In addition, taxis and app-based car services provide convenience for accessing different parts of the region.

We offer one free parking space per guest, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a spot if the parking lot is full, which happens mainly during holidays and peak season. It is mandatory to leave your keys with the valet. When spaces are available on weekends, we recommend avoiding using your vehicle to keep your spot. If there are no spaces available in the parking lot, there are options on the beach or in nearby parking lots.
