“Overall everything was great. The ice maker needs to be repaired. Having it work would have been nice. It was an exceptional value! We were pleased. We had to repair a leak on the kitchen sink drain and we also cleaned a couple of spots (we did not make) on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The arm on one of the living room chairs is also broken. It was hanging off the side of the chair when we arrived.”

“Tonya was wonderful to work with! She allowed us to check in an hour early and was very thoughtful with dinner recommendations. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. This house is in a perfect location to easily and quickly get to the college, downtown Brunswick, St Simons and Jekyll Island. I highly recommend this house! ”

“We enjoyed the 3-minute walk to the beach and pools, and the location on St. Simons Island. It was also a nice touch that they had beach/pool toys and kids equipment stocked at the house. ”

“Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...

“This is a beautiful home on a beautiful beach. If you are a chef the kitchen is a bit to navigate. Small oven does not fit cookie sheet size pans and big oven took a long time to heat up. stove top was great! Refrigerator was nice to have big enough for our meal prep and we loved the beverage cooler and ice machine! Real Dishes and bowls were limited for our large family of 9 unless you like plastic. Bring your own dish cloths. Bed mattresses are tired but we slept fine. So nice to have...
